When will I receive my order?

After you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. You can track the progress of your order on our site. Closette Chic typically ships within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.

How can I track my package?

When the order has been fully processed and is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please enter your address at checkout to see whether we can ship directly to your country.

What is your return policy?

You can return items for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Refunds are issued on the same method of payment used to make the purchase. To initiate a return, go to Orders and you’ll be able to print a return label free of charge.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the tags attached, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Can I change my order?

We do not currently have the ability to change orders once they are processed, but you can return any order within 30 days of the delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a few others.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Closette Chic seeks to give everyone the opportunity to look good with our clothing. We carry a wide range of sizes and are constantly working with our suppliers to get an even wider range of sizes.
